Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based solutions-oriented interventions.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy, adapting therapeutic techniques to best fit each patient's unique situation.

  • Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and adjustment issues, among others. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve their treatment goals and enhance overall well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW-C license to practice in Maryland.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, with a strong background in solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrated capacity to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with experience in community health settings, knowledge of behavioral health issues, and proficiency in additional therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus, as it enhances the efficiency of clinical documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
