Work EnvironmentThis full-time position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility and a work-life balance that caters to both your professional and personal responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, ensuring cohesive client care while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
- Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
- Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, expertly managing acute mental health crises and ensuring clients receive appropriate support and referrals.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to ethical and legal standards set forth in the mental health field.
- Engage actively in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring each client receives well-rounded care aligned with their therapeutic goals.
- Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available local community resources, advocating for clients' rights and services.
- Participate in professional development through ongoing training and workshops, remaining updated with the latest practices in mental health therapy to enhance service delivery.
At Health First Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications- Possession of a current mental health therapy license (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland is required.
- A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, working directly with clients facing mental health challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster meaningful connections with clients.
- The ability to perform autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment is crucial.
- A commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards in all aspects of therapy practice.
- Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital documentation and telehealth platforms is advantageous, given the remote working environment.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by comprehensive benefits.
