Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to clients, conducting assessments and delivering therapy for individuals facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized care plans that address each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and utilize effective interventions focused on immediate and long-term recovery goals.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring a swift and supportive response to clients in distress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining effective communication among clients, families, and other service providers to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of relevant assessments and follow-up reports.
• Participate in agency-wide committees aimed at enhancing service delivery systems and quality improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive social work services to a diverse clientele, many of whom may face socioeconomic barriers to accessing mental health care. Additionally, you will work with individuals from various backgrounds, respecting and integrating their unique cultures, beliefs, and traditions into your practice for more effective therapeutic relationships. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
