Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions, tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on assessment and continuous evaluation of client progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create integrated support systems for clients.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.
• Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to team objectives and individual patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Wise & Healthy Medical Services, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients across all ages, including adults and children/adolescents. This role requires a nuanced understanding of family dynamics and mental health issues, allowing you to provide culturally competent care tailored to each family's unique context. You will also address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies, including evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
