Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to deliver effective treatment.
  • Engage in therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on a variety of mental health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for your clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on current mental health research and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Carecube serves a diverse population, including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. Many clients may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technology to document client progress and maintain treatment records.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance addiction treatment.
  • Previous experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
