Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, and construct tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based modalities and techniques, to facilitate personal growth and emotional well-being.
- Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards that reflect our commitment to professionalism.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in training opportunities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices and legal requirements.
Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including adults and youth facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. By utilizing teletherapy, you will reach clients who may encounter barriers to accessing in-person services, thereby expanding our range of outreach and support.
Qualifications- A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
- Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within California.
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, highlighting a commitment to quality care.
- Proficient understanding of legal and ethical considerations pertinent to mental health treatment.
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly favored.
- Prior experience delivering teletherapy services is advantageous.
