Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will involve providing therapeutic services to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges in a hospice context. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning, ensuring alignment with best practices and patient needs.
  • Delivering various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working directly with patients in a therapeutic setting.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
