Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling, therapy sessions, and psychotherapy tailored to the needs of students, addressing a range of mental health challenges.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update detailed treatment and discharge plans, ensuring they align with the student's unique needs and educational goals.
• Perform thorough assessments by collecting data through in-depth interviews, case histories, and observations, using this information to craft strategic interventions or referrals to other specialists when necessary.
• Maintain an active caseload, providing both individual and collateral therapy while ensuring that treatment plans are adhered to and adjusted as needed.
• Review and document client files meticulously for compliance with both internal and external regulations; ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and reflects the highest clinical standards.
• Engage in regular training and adapt assessment protocols in line with best practice guidelines and health plan requirements to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Social Worker at ReviveLife, you will primarily work with students ranging in age from preschool to high school. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
