Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team consisting of educators, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, advocating for a holistic approach to student wellness.

  • Connect students and their families to essential community resources, providing case management support to facilitate access to services like counseling and psychiatric care.
