This is a full-time remote position based out of Kent, Washington, with an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments, ensuring that each plan aligns with students’ emotional and behavioral needs.
- Engage proactively in the multidisciplinary team process, contributing insights and suggestions that enhance the overall treatment approach for clients.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through follow-up sessions, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and counselors, to create a support network that addresses the holistic needs of each student.
- Conduct family meetings when appropriate, assisting parents and guardians in understanding their child's needs and strategizing interventions for positive outcomes.
Your work will primarily focus on students within educational settings, addressing a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. You will work with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate personal, social, and academic pressures. This role is essential in promoting students’ overall wellness and aiding their academic success through tailored interventions.
Qualifications- Must possess a current LICSW license in the State of Washington.
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective counseling and advising of patients and collaboration with other professionals.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to create applicable and effective treatment plans for students.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with school-aged children and adolescents in mental health settings.
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions both in person and via telehealth platforms.
- Familiarity with educational environments and knowledge of special education processes and resources.
- Annual salary between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience.
