South Shore Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time position. This role involves providing virtual therapy services targeting K-12 students, ensuring they receive the mental health support essential for their academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at South Shore Medical Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and organizational standards.
• Engaging in ongoing discussions with clients to evaluate progress and modify treatment as necessary.
• Collaborating with school staff, parents, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for each client.
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge related to mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on supporting K-12 students experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and issues related to identity. You will work with a diverse population, including underrepresented and minority groups, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources. A commitment to understanding the unique cultural contexts of each student is essential in fostering trust and therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license valid in the State of Arizona.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies, particularly CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences will be advantageous:

• Prior experience working with LGBTQIA+ youth and understanding their unique challenges.
• Familiarity with Men's mental health issues.
• Experience in providing psychotherapy tailored to clients aged 18 and older.
• An understanding of the unique needs of diverse cultural populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the competitive salary, we provide:
