Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and create personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs and goals.

• Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement tailored strategies to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to provide an integrated approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of a client's life are considered.

• Educate and engage clients' families, promoting a supportive environment conducive to recovery while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy in all records.

• Regularly document progress and client interactions in compliance with state and federal guidelines, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, while a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
