• Mon - Thu 8 am - 5 pm, Fri 8 am - 2:30 pm
• Up to 18 patients per day -- 20-minute appointment times
• Multi-clinic setting -- willing to float across 3 clinic locations
• Includes high school clinic coverage
• Sick and well visits required
• On-call rotation for clinic and after-hours calls with team
• Hospital privileges required
• 6 - 12 month commitment preferred
