In this role, you partner with senior leaders to steer transformation, product and operations strategy, and data-driven decision making within the Client Onboarding & Documentation function. You will translate strategy into measurable roadmaps, lead or support enterprise-scale initiatives, and provide executive-ready insights to drive operational excellence. You will connect cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end execution, balancing financial planning with a data-informed view of performance. Responsibilities
  • Define objectives, targets, and metrics with senior leaders; translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
  • Lead or support operations product and transformation initiatives (process redesign, digitization, AI use cases)
  • Own headcount and expense forecasting; support annual budgeting and business reviews
  • Manage allocations and cost-to-serve modeling to inform pricing and investments
  • Develop rigorous business cases and investment memos; manage investment governance and benefits tracking
  • Build and evolve operational and product metrics frameworks and executive dashboards
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and root causes; craft executive narratives and recommendations
  • Prepare materials for senior forums to clearly tell the business story
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables; drive decisioning and issue resolution
  • Manage governance, training, access, resiliency planning, and people initiatives
Key requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in financial services or related industries in roles such as business management, operations/product management, strategy/consulting, or transformation
  • Experience leading operations product or transformation efforts with measurable outcomes
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, allocations, and cost modeling
  • Advanced data literacy and ability to translate insights into decisions; comfortable partnering with data teams
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across levels and functions
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
