Overview

In this Finance Management role, you'll oversee the agency's financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting and robust internal controls. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to drive profitability, pricing strategies, and business decisions at scale. You'll lead the finance team, improve processes, and support new initiatives to enhance margins. This position blends strategic stewardship with hands-on analysis to enable sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization
• Lead month-end close and client revenue recognition processes with financial analysis for accurate reporting
• Review journal entries and reconciliations to ensure policy compliance and data integrity
• Partner with account, operational, and executive leadership to drive performance and informed decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop Finance team to foster collaboration and high performance
• Support pricing strategy, financial modeling, and contract profitability analysis for new and existing business initiatives
• Monitor profitability and resource utilization, recommending actions to improve margins and efficiency
• Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting to support scalability and business objectives
• Review and update client agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with agency requirements
