As Director, Finance Systems you will define and lead a scalable finance technology foundation that enables rapid growth and global expansion. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to design integrated, automated, and AI-enabled processes with strong controls and data integrity. You will drive architecture, ERP strategy, and cross-functional transformation to simplify operations and accelerate decision-making. Responsibilities

• Define and lead Finance Systems strategy and operating model to support growth and complexity
• Own the Finance functional architecture and ERP roadmap (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.) and related integrations
• Lead redesign of processes before automation across R2R, P2P, O2C, revenue, inventory and cost accounting, fixed assets, intercompany, treasury, tax, payroll, planning, and reporting
• Develop an AI-forward Finance roadmap and robust data architecture; ensure data is accurate, accessible, and traceable
• Embed financial controls into system design and workflows and oversee cross-functional technology programs from business case to adoption
• Partner with Data and Analytics teams and senior Finance leaders to align technology with business strategy
• Communicate strategy and investment needs to leadership and build a high-performing, simplification- and automation-focused team
• Support global expansion, complex supply chains, and legal-entity structures with scalable infrastructure

Key requirements

• 10+ years in Finance Systems, Accounting Systems, Finance Transformation, or related fields
• 5+ years leading teams, major systems programs, or enterprise transformations
• Experience with enterprise ERP and integrations (HR, payroll, procurement, banking, tax, planning, CRM, supply chain)
• Comfort discussing close, revenue recognition, inventory, and planning with Finance leadership
• Desirable: experience in technology, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, AI infrastructure or complex global environments
• Proven ability to design scalable, data-driven finance environments and drive automation
