Responsibilities

• Lead the long-range financial model to shape the five-year growth plan in collaboration with the CEO office and Strategy and Planning
• Evaluate growth ideas with product and technology teams to drive initiatives
• Translate product concepts into actionable financial models for investment decisions
• Develop and assess cost-benefit analyses, securing cross-functional inputs and clear financial narratives
• Deliver concise, insight-driven updates to senior leadership highlighting levers and trade-offs
• Act as a trusted finance partner to operators, product, operations, and technology teams
• Provide flexible support across finance functions to assist the CFO of Whole Health Solutions

Key requirements

• 7+ years in strategic finance, corporate strategy, business development, or related blends
• 5+ years driving growth initiatives (new products, market expansion, or investment evaluation)
• Proven experience in long-range 3-5 year planning aligned with enterprise strategy
• Ability to influence senior leadership and steer strategic decisions
• Experience evaluating complex opportunities with cost-benefit, scenario modeling, and prioritization
• Healthcare experience or experience in a large, matrixed environment
• Advanced ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured insights
