Overview

As Director in our Finance Transformation and Automation practice, you will drive growth and delivery of advisory services that modernize the CFO function. You'll lead pursuit efforts, shape go-to-market strategies, and oversee finance transformation projects from strategy to implementation. You'll mentor teams and translate technology capabilities into business value for clients. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and go-to-market strategy for practice offerings
• Lead and/or participate in all aspects of sales cycles
• Serve as a first-choice advisor to key client stakeholders
• Lead finance transformation projects, including solution architecture and implementation oversight
• Train and advise clients in the leading use of technology solutions to address their specific organizational needs
• Train and mentor staff/project teams
• Engagements require process analysis/optimization, documentation, project management skills and collaborative teamwork

Key requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting and/or performance improvement consulting
• Strong leadership skills and executive presence
• Consulting or Professional Services firm experience with pre-sales/sales experience
• Artificial intelligence acumen and experience
• Strong understanding of financial data, with ability to analyze and derive insights
• Experience working with multiple clients
• Operational process reviews and internal control knowledge
• Strong communication, data organization, and independent work ability
• Travel 30% or more
