Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, business cases, and performance insights for assigned international markets
• Partner with local market Finance and business teams to evaluate growth opportunities, investment choices, seller and assortment strategies, fulfillment economics, and operating risks
• Build common scorecards and decision frameworks to compare market performance while recognizing local differences
• Identify trends, surface risks, and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability
• Coordinate with Global Marketplace, International, Product, Technology, Supply Chain, and Strategy partners
• Support executive reviews and flex into cross-market or enterprise initiatives as priorities change

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support business performance and expense management
• Ability to manage complex control structures and mitigate financial risks through robust processes
• Strong communication skills to present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates
• Experience driving business plans, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs
