Senior Manager, Finance - Marketplace Growth

In this role, you will shape Walmart Marketplace's growth by evaluating where and how to expand into new countries and seller corridors. You'll translate strategic opportunities into executable financial plans, balancing growth, investment, risk, and long-term return. You'll work with cross-functional and international teams to move opportunities from concept to launch and scale, while contributing to ongoing marketplace initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-impact finance leadership role at a global scale.

• Develop market entry business cases and investment scenarios with metrics like GMV, revenue, profitability, and cash flow
• Partner with International, Strategy, Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Legal, Tax and local teams to drive opportunities from concept through launch
• Evaluate operating models, identify dependencies, and define milestones for investment, expansion, or exit
• Create executive-ready recommendations and track post-launch performance against plans
• Support portfolio prioritization and adapt to broader Marketplace initiatives as priorities evolve
• Contribute to existing-market growth, cross-border trade, and new capability development across the global portfolio

• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support strategic decisions
• Strong experience in risk mitigation and control structures
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising and developing finance teams
• Proficiency in driving business plans, measuring performance, and adapting strategies for operational goals
