As Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Manufacturing, you will be the strategic Finance leader for IDT and Aldevron Operations, linking manufacturing performance to financial outcomes and enterprise value. You will design and scale financial operating mechanisms to improve cost, capacity, quality, delivery, inventory and profitability across the network. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial leaders to enhance financial visibility and inform capital decisions. Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron, linking execution to value and strategic decision-making
• Create and lead financial operating mechanisms to improve cost, capacity, quality, delivery, inventory, and profitability
• Design and scale product costing, standard costing, COGS, inventory valuation, and profitability frameworks
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Commercial, R&D, and Corporate Finance to identify risks and opportunities
• Support capital deployment, capacity expansion, ERP implementation, and investment decisions with rigorous financial analysis
• Improve forecast accuracy, KPI governance, executive reporting, and business reviews across a complex manufacturing footprint
• Lead Finance through transformation and continuous improvement, establishing standard work and scalable processes
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Operations Finance team and FP&A capability

Key requirements

• 15+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or technical operations
• 5+ years leading leaders or senior teams
• Experience supporting multi-site, regulated manufacturing environments in biotech, pharmaceutical, CDMO, or medical device
• Deep expertise in manufacturing finance: product costing, COGS, variance analysis, inventory valuation, profitability analysis
• Strong P&L management, cost structures, inventory optimization, capital deployment, capacity decisions, forecasting, S&OP
• Experience with ERP systems, enterprise reporting, KPI dashboards, and advanced financial modeling
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and establish disciplined operating mechanisms
