Overview

In this role you will lead site-wide financial planning and analysis, shaping forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support customer negotiations and drive financial performance for the Kansas City site. You'll manage the Finance team, ensure revenue recognition controls, and oversee internal/external audits. Responsibilities

• Direct the accounting function and uphold budgetary controls and policies
• Provide financial decision support to the site
• Lead and develop Finance team members
• Oversee revenue recognition processes and multiple element arrangements guidance
• Analyze proposed investments and projects for financial viability
• Develop and implement finance policies and procedures
• Manage internal and external audit support
• Perform additional duties as required

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum ten years of progressive Finance experience
• Five years in finance leadership within a medium to large organization
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• ERP system experience (preferred JDE and OneStream)
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and multi-element arrangements
