PGIM - Senior Director, Asset Based Finance - Trade Management and Execution

In this Senior Director role, you will support the Asset-Based Finance (ABF) platform, bridging investment management, transaction execution, and client engagement. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to sustain growth and optimize capital allocation. The position sits at the intersection of portfolio management and business management, offering exposure to both strategic and operational aspects. • Support capital allocation decisions to align opportunities with portfolio objectives and client mandates
• Assist portfolio construction, pacing, and monitoring of exposures across ABF strategies
• Coordinate trade bookings and ensure correct reflection of investments across portfolios and accounts
• Support end-to-end transaction execution from approval to closing and funding
• Coordinate operational workflows for new investments, including trade booking, funding mechanics, and reporting metrics
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage workflows, bookings, and settlement monitoring
• Assist with rate hedging and portfolio-level risk-management activities
• Engage with clients to discuss capital allocation opportunities and expand ABF mandates
• Collaborate with sales and distribution teams on existing and prospective client relationships

• 10-15 years of experience in portfolio management support, structured products, private credit, asset-based finance, or fixed income
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Expertise in Excel, financial models, Bloomberg, Intex, Aladdin, or similar investment platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
