Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead annual operating planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly financial close processes
  • Deliver executive-level insights on revenue, margin, operating expense, capital investments, and growth opportunities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights on revenue, gross margin, OPEX, capital investments, and performance
  • Communicate financial results, drivers, risks, and outlook to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operations, commercial, R&D, portfolio, and corporate teams for strategic decision-making
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and cost optimization efforts
  • Drive performance management through metrics, forecasting accuracy, and actionable insights
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance organization through leadership, talent development, succession planning, and coaching
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business finance and 7+ years of people leadership OR advanced degree with 8+ years in finance and 7+ years of people leadership
  • Experience leading FP&A, forecasting, annual planning, and business performance management
  • Experience managing P&L and supporting executive financial decision-making
  • Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a global organization
