Overview

In this Staff HR Business Partner role, you partner with VP-level leaders to shape people strategies during rapid growth. You'll own end-to-end HR processes such as org design, leveling, performance calibration, and handling sensitive employee matters. You'll join a small, hands-on HRBP team that values decisive action and collaboration. This role supports cross-functional leaders across North America and offers a chance to influence how the People function scales with the business. You will work across the company's AI and RISC-V initiatives to enable sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose root causes of people problems and implement solutions (e.g., clarify roles, ownership, and decision rights)
• Lead org design, leveling, and performance/promotion decisions with scrutiny and fairness
• Manage cross-org initiatives and align leadership on shared outcomes
• Conduct investigations and sensitive exits with ownership and follow-through
• Partner with senior leaders to drive growth and scale of the People function

Key requirements

• Partnered with VP-level leaders
• Experience supporting large or multi-org functions
• Hands-on experience with investigations, calibration cycles, restructures, and sensitive exits
• Ability to explain technical work to non-technical leaders and link it to people decisions
• Experience supporting sales/go-to-market or operations teams is a plus
