Neutonic is hiring an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to take full ownership of one of the fastest-growing channels in the business.

TikTok Shop is already a seven-figure revenue channel for Neutonic across the US and UK. The foundation is there: strong products, significant early traction, agency partners in both markets, and a brand built for creator-led commerce.

Now we're looking for someone who has done this before and can take it to the next level.

You'll own TikTok Shop commercially from end to end — revenue, profitability, affiliates, creators, paid media, live shopping, promotions, product strategy, agencies, and operations.

This isn't a coordination role. You'll be accountable for the number.

What You'll Do

• Own TikTok Shop strategy, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and performance across the US and UK


• Develop and execute the plan to scale TikTok Shop into a significant multi-million-dollar business


• Manage and hold our US and UK TikTok Shop agencies accountable for performance


• Build and scale our affiliate and creator program, increasing both content volume and revenue-generating creators


• Identify top-performing affiliates and develop deeper relationships, incentives, seeding, and paid creator strategies


• Oversee paid media, promotions, product assortment, bundles, pricing, and conversion strategy


• Lead and optimize live shopping strategy, including presenters, scheduling, formats, promotions, and performance


• Monitor inventory, fulfillment, customer experience, and account health to ensure operations keep pace with growth


• Analyze performance daily and continually test new strategies to improve traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase


• Stay at the forefront of TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience personally owning and scaling a multi-million-dollar TikTok Shop business


• Ideally 5+ years in eCommerce, social commerce, performance marketing, or a related growth function


• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop, including affiliates, creators, UGC, paid media, live shopping, promotions, and platform operations


• Experience managing agencies, internal teams, or both


• Strong commercial instincts with experience owning revenue targets, budgets, forecasts, and profitability


• Highly analytical and comfortable making fast decisions from performance data


• Experience with a leading consumer brand; supplements, beverage, wellness, beauty, food, or FMCG experience is a major plus


• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership in a fast-growing environment
