Build a national consumer finance practice — from anywhere.

We're a nationally recognized, defense-side consumer finance litigation group growing fast in California. For 25+ years we've defended lenders, debt buyers, fintechs, collection and repossession agencies, background screeners, and healthcare revenue-cycle companies in thousands of FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, TILA, and EFTA matters — including class actions — plus creditor remedies and bankruptcy work. The team is busy, deeply collaborative, remote-friendly, and needs more strong hands now.

We're hiring at every level from Associate through Counsel.

You've got:

• 2+ years of consumer finance experience

• Active California Bar license, in good standing

• The independence to run matters and the instinct to collaborate

• Appetite to help grow a national practice

You get:

• $160K–$210K base (by level & experience) + strong productivity and origination bonuses
