Civil Engineer

Overview

A well-established civil engineering firm based in Phoenix is seeking a mid-level Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of civil design experience and is ready to take ownership of project elements with moderate oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering elements including streets, parking lots, water and sewer systems, and grading/drainage plans


• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation


• Coordinate utility relocations and conflicts with public/private utility providers


• Collaborate with municipal agencies, contractors, and internal project teams


• Support senior engineers on larger or more complex projects as needed

Requirements

• 5–10 years of civil engineering design experience


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D


• Municipal/public works exposure


• Strong written communication skills for technical report preparation

Preferred

• Active Arizona P.E. license (Civil)


• Familiarity with MicroStation
