Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong CPG broker experience and a proven track record calling on Harris Teeter HQ, Ingles HQ, Food City HQ, KeHE Corp. HQ. The Business Manager will oversee sales operations and lead the strategy for driving growth within the team. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with Harris Teeter stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional account management. This role will align with internal and external partners and implement business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience, including direct experience calling on Harris Teeter HQ, Ingles HQ, Food City HQ, KeHE Corp. HQ.


• MUST have Broker experience.


• KeHE Corp. Experience is a STRONG bonus.


• Must be located near Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas.


• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals


• Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain a client-first approach


• Experience in Team Management, including mentoring, coaching, and driving performance


• Competence in Business Development, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and demonstrate self-motivation


• Familiarity with the consumer packaged goods industry and Harris Teeter market is highly desirable
