We are seeking a well rounded real estate paralegal who has experience with both complex commercial and UHNW residential real estate transactions. It's a small team, so you have to be able to prioritize matters and work with the team at all stages of the transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal who enjoys working on deals that involve purchasing land for development.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from deal stage to close.
• Handle UHNW residential real estate transactions from inception to close.
• Work effectively as part of a small team.
• Manage deals that involve purchasing land for development.

Qualifications

• Must have 7 or more years of commercial real estate experience.

Required Skills

• Experience with complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with UHNW residential real estate transactions.
• Ability to independently handle transactions from start to finish.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real estate purchases for land development
• Coordination with investment firms and family offices
