Role Description The Product Manager role at Industry mechanics / 9rs inc. is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. In this role, the Product Manager leads the product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams, and translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear product features and user stories. The Product Manager monitors product performance, analyzes data and feedback, and makes evidence-based decisions to enhance usability, quality, and market fit. This role also involves coordinating releases, managing timelines and dependencies, and communicating updates and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, and cross-functional coordination.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to guide product decisions.


• Proficiency in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.


• Knowledge of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile or iterative processes) and experience managing backlogs, sprints, or release plans.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and facilitate productive discussions.


• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities both on-site and remotely.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; relevant experience in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing domains is an advantage.


• Comfort with using product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) and common productivity software.
