Bath Center is hiring Home Depot Brand Ambassadors for multiple locations across Western Washington, including Lynnwood, Bothell, Marysville, Snohomish, Redmond, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Federal Way, Kent, and Sequim.

Pay & Perks

• $22/hour guaranteed
• $40 for every qualified appointment scheduled
• Additional $35 when your appointment results in a completed sale
• Mileage reimbursement
• Parking and toll reimbursement when applicable
• Paid training
• W-2 position
• Set your own schedule with complete flexibility
• No minimum hours required

What You’ll Do

• Work inside your local Home Depot
• Start conversations with homeowners
• Explain our bathroom remodeling services
• Schedule free in-home consultations
• Represent Bath Center professionally

No Cold Calling or Door Knocking

This is not an in-home sales position. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or high-pressure selling. Your goal is simply to connect with interested homeowners and schedule appointments.

Your Schedule, Your Choice

You have full flexibility to choose when you work. Build a schedule around your availability, whether you’re looking for part-time work, supplemental income, or a flexible job alongside another commitment.

Friday through Sunday typically offer the most opportunities to earn commissions, but weekend availability is not required.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and professional
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

No experience required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, events, marketing, and entry-level sales experience are welcome.
