A leading global law firm is seeking a Associates (up to counsel level) (2+ years of experience) to join its rapidly expanding Finance practice in New York.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of finance experience at a major law firm


• Experience with complex lending transactions and credit facilities


• Admission to the New York Bar and good standing


• Strong academic credentials


• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
