Brand Manager
Job Description
Brand Manager
Lendyx · Miami, FL · Hybrid
Lendyx is a direct private real estate lender providing financing to real estate investors and developers nationwide. We specialize in residential transition, bridge, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and construction financing, helping experienced investors move quickly and confidently on real estate opportunities.
With more than $1B in loan originations and an ambitious growth strategy ahead, Lendyx is building more than a lending platform—we’re building a brand designed to become a recognized name in private real estate lending.
We’re looking for a Brand Manager and brand builder to help make that happen.
This is a high-ownership, highly visible role for someone who knows how to take a brand from where it is today and make it bigger, sharper, more recognizable, and impossible to ignore.
We are not looking for an agency account manager or someone whose experience has primarily been managing brands from the outside. We want someone who has actually managed and grown a brand from inside a company.
What You'll Own
- Own the Lendyx brand — Develop and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity, ensuring Lendyx presents a consistent, premium, differentiated presence across every channel and customer touchpoint.
- Build and execute the marketing strategy — Turn company goals and growth priorities into integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, generate engagement, and support business development.
- Own social media and digital content — Lead Lendyx's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels, creating platform-specific content including posts, graphics, short-form video, reels, thought leadership, announcements, and market commentary.
- Drive PR and thought leadership — Identify opportunities for media coverage, executive visibility, speaking opportunities, webinars, podcasts, interviews, industry publications, and thought leadership that increase Lendyx's authority and visibility in the market.
- Own events, conferences, and brand experiences — Develop and execute Lendyx's presence at conferences, industry events, client events, and other strategic gatherings, including creative, messaging, sponsorships, signage, collateral, activations, and pre- and post-event marketing.
- Develop advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships — Identify and execute opportunities across digital advertising, out-of-home, billboards, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and other channels that put Lendyx in front of the right audiences and build brand recognition.
- Leverage AI and marketing technology — Actively use AI and automation to accelerate content creation, research, creative development, repurposing, campaign execution, reporting, and repetitive marketing workflows while maintaining strong creative judgment and brand quality.
- Measure, optimize, and grow — Establish and monitor meaningful KPIs across brand, social, content, campaigns, events, email, and advertising; use performance data to identify what is working and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build the brand from the inside out — Partner closely with leadership, sales, originations, and the broader organization to identify opportunities, bring ideas to life, and continuously find new ways to make Lendyx more visible, memorable, and differentiated in the market.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a brand builder, not simply a marketer.
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, content, or a related field, with meaningful experience owning a brand from inside an operating company.
- A demonstrated track record of building, growing, repositioning, or significantly elevating a brand.
- Hands-on experience across social media, content, email, creative, events, advertising, PR, partnerships, and/or other brand-building channels.
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, with a deep understanding of best practices.
- The ability to personally create, write, direct, and execute—not simply delegate.
- A strong creative eye and the ability to recognize what looks and feels like a premium brand.
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform.
- A strong understanding of modern AI tools and demonstrated incorporation of AI into everyday marketing workflows.
- Experience in real estate, private lending, mortgage, financial services, fintech, or another high-growth professional-services environment is strongly preferred.
