Private Client Advisor

EPIC Insurance Brokers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Client Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven ability to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships within the high net worth (HNW) community. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver tailored risk management and insurance solutions that reflect the unique needs of affluent individuals and families.

• The Private Client Advisor role is full time and is responsible for the production, servicing and retention of property and casualty business of the company in the high net worth and ultra-high net worth insurance sector


• Private Client Advisor shall honestly, diligently, in good faith and to the best of their ability at all times perform Private Client Advisor’s duties and responsibilities and shall observe and comply with all of the policies and procedures established by Company applicable to all Producers of Company, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations imposed by any governmental or regulatory authorities.


• Proactively originate, develop, and retain client and COI relationships which profitably drive revenue to EPIC.


• Proactively network throughout all Galway companies (EPIC included) to create and execute on internal cross referral opportunities


• Proactively look to refer revenue opportunities to all EPIC internal partners in all lines of insurance and other business within Galway


• Work closely with all EPIC Private Client support functions including client service, placement, claims advocacy, administrative and all other support functions, as a hierarchically equal partner. Assist the overall team whenever necessary.


• Diligently track revenue development


• Take ownership of building an optimal private client book of personal lines clients. An optimal private client book would include: a) Increasing annual net revenue per goals set out at beginning of each sales year, b) increasing average revenue per account, c) acceptable retention ratios, d) acceptable loss ratios


• Counsel and advise prospects and clients on technical insurance concepts and coverage


• Qualify, prioritize and execute on new business opportunities


• Sit in on VIP client renewal presentations in support of relationship managers as requested


• Sit in on challenging client claims meetings as requested by claims advocates


• Any other job related duties as may be assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Private Client Insurance experience strongly preferred


• Experience in brokering and/ or underwriting Private Client accounts preferred


• Current and appropriate insurance licensing strongly preferred
