The Opportunity
BCI is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer, Principal in Charge to join its Cincinnati, Ohio team.
This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity for someone who understands civil design but is ready to own much more than the technical work.
The Principal in Charge will bring together engineering judgment, project management, team leadership, and client partnership, overseeing civil projects while helping develop the people responsible for delivering them.
You'll lead a team of approximately six individual contributors and provide the technical and project leadership necessary to keep work on track. While you should understand AutoCAD and Civil 3D and be comfortable reviewing engineering plans, this position does not require you to spend your day working in CAD.

Compensation
Base Salary: $165,000-$175,000+
BCI is open around compensation depending on experience and overall fit.
An annual bonus tied to company performance has also been part of the compensation structure, and there may be additional growth opportunities as the successful candidate progresses within the organization.
