Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 to $86,000, based on licensure and experience


• Annual bonus eligibility, with a raise review at your 6 month mark


• Relocation assistance available

• 2 to 3 paid CME days per year plus a $1,000 CME allowance


• Student loan repayment eligibility through both the State of Tennessee and HRSA programs

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW) or Counseling (LPC)


• Active or in-process LCSW/LPC licensure in Tennessee


• Open to all experience levels, though 3+ years is preferred


• Adult outpatient therapy experience


• Substance abuse treatment experience is a must


• A genuine comfort with and commitment to rural, mission-driven work
