Legal Intake Specialist & Sales Development Representative

We're hiring on behalf of a well-established law firm for a Legal Intake Specialist & SDR who will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and a warm, professional presence in the office.

This hybrid role blends client intake and lead development with front-desk responsibilities — you'll set the tone for every client relationship from the very first interaction, whether it's by phone, virtually, or in person.

What You'll Do

Client Intake & SDR Duties

• Respond to new client inquiries with empathy and professionalism


• Pre-qualify leads, perform conflict checks, and schedule consultations


• Guide potential clients through the intake funnel and follow up with leads who haven't converted


• Prepare intake reports and maintain clear documentation in firm systems


• Educate prospective clients on services and set realistic expectations


• Assist with onboarding new clients after engagement

Front Desk Duties (In-Office Days)

• Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival


• Answer and route incoming calls professionally


• Maintain a polished, welcoming front office


• Receive deliveries, handle mail, and support general administrative needs


• Assist attorneys and staff with occasional clerical tasks
