Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Pediatric ABA Clinic (Full-Time)
Therapy Matters, Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our pediatric ABA therapy clinic serving children ages 2–6.
This role is designed for RBTs who are confident in independent ABA implementation, data collection, and behavior plan execution under the supervision of a BCBA, within a structured clinical environment.
We provide integrated care across ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy, with strong BCBA supervision, clear systems, and a highly supportive team structure.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Setting: Clinic-based near downtown Chandler (no in-home services)
- Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday–Thursday | 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM + Friday 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours: 30–40 per week
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $21 - $26 (depending on experience, education and skills competencies)

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record data using electronic systems
- Complete session notes and documentation daily
- Prepare materials and maintain structured sessions
- Follow HIPAA and clinic policies
- Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in ABA or working with children (required)
- RBT certification (highly preferred, or willingness to obtain it within a defined timeframe)
- Minimum 6 months of experience implementing behavior programs (preferred)
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional in all settings
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality to sessions
Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR & First Aid (Pediatric/Adult)
