We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Senior Manufacturing Engineering search in the Streetsboro, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assess innovative manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Apply technical concepts to enhance process improvements.
• Create processes aimed at increasing overall process capability.
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, processes, and products.
• Lead capital projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor others.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Demonstrated expertise in senior manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or project engineering roles
• Experience in chemical batch or continuous manufacturing operations
