$75k-$88k Salary + Uncapped Commission + Car/Phone Allowance

OTE $160k-$200k+

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our multifamily client base throughout the South Florida market. This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and winning new business.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new apartment community opportunities
• Build relationships with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Ownership Groups
• Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
• Conduct property assessments and present valet trash and bulk removal solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM activity
• Support market growth and expansion initiatives throughout Tampa

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Must have multifamily or property management supplier sales experience
• Proven success generating new business and closing deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
