Compensation: $125,000+ (Salaried + Bonus Structure based on experience and performance)

The Davenport Group, Arlington's #1 real estate team by sales volume in 2025, is hiring a Growth Manager to help drive our next stage of growth. This is a sales role at its core: you'll turn inbound leads into appointments for our agents and recruit talented agents to join the team. You'll own our lead flow from social media and other channels, keep our CRM clean and current, and make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

We're looking for someone with a proven sales background who's comfortable on the phone, energized by hitting goals, and sharp with details and technology. If you're persuasive, organized, and ready to make an impact on a high-performing team, we'd love to talk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agent recruiting through calls, social media, email, and referrals, hitting weekly outreach and interview goals.


• Nurture recruits by building relationships, scheduling interviews with leadership, and following up until they decide.


• Support new agent onboarding so they start strong.


• Respond to Instagram DMs and social inquiries, qualifying leads and setting agent appointments.


• Make outbound calls to database lead ponds and run circle-dialing campaigns around our listings.


• Manage Follow Up Boss for leads and recruits, keeping notes, tags, and stages current and working smart lists daily.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a phone-based or quota-driven role.


• Confident on the phone and comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.


• Persuasive, natural communicator who builds rapport quickly in calls, DMs, and email.


• Highly detail-oriented with excellent note-taking and follow-up habits.


• Goal-driven self-starter who manages multiple pipelines without dropping the ball.


• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.


• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred), ManyChat, Zapier, or BrightMLS is a plus.
