Fulfillment & Operations Specialist (Remote, Contract)

Compensation: up to $80k annually (1099 Contract)

Location: Fully Remote

An established and growing consumer products company is seeking a highly organized Fulfillment & Operations Specialist to support order execution, inventory coordination, vendor management, and operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from receipt through completion


• Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of operational activities


• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records


• Track key deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones


• Maintain operational documentation and product data


• Identify process improvements and help implement scalable workflows


• Support planning and execution of cross-functional operational initiatives


• Communicate proactively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, logistics, project management, or related functions


• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously


• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment


• Resourceful problem solver who thrives in dynamic, growing organizations


• Excellent communication and follow-through


• Experience with project management and operational software tools preferred
