Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

ESC has an opportunity for an Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative. This role supports existing customers after the sale and helps the sales team keep orders moving. It is a service and sales support position with no cold calling or direct selling. Reporting to the senior inside sales and customer service team member, the representative will be a reliable point of contact for order questions, shipping updates, and day-to-day customer needs. The role works fully onsite in Hartford, WI.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests to add items to existing orders, check shipment timing, and provide tracking information.


• Enter, update, and review orders in Epicor, keeping information accurate and customers informed.


• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to resolve order or delivery questions.


• Follow up on open requests and provide clear, timely updates to customers.


• Assist with trade show booth coverage if interested and available.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree preferred, with 1-2 years of customer service, inside sales support, order management, or related experience.


• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in an order management system; Epicor experience is a plus.


• Clear communication skills and a helpful, dependable approach to customer support.


• Ability to manage several requests at once and follow each through to resolution.


• Availability to work fully onsite.
