Job Description

  • MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

  • MUST LIVE IN CHICAGO, will not relo.

  • 3+ years of HIGHLY ANALYTICAL real estate-related experience REQUIRED, ideally spanning acquisitions, underwriting, development or investment banking/private equity analysis.

  • Boutique, $1.5+B AUM (multifamily, student housing, senior housing, commercial)

  • Newly created role.

  • Supports executive team across capital markets, asset management and deal execution.

  • Heavily weighted towards underwriting and deal flow support (financial modeling, due diligence, analysis and portfolio decisions).

  • MUST be able to display how AI tools have actively helped individual work faster and sharper.

  • 10-20% travel to "get out and see the assets".

  • Hybrid, Chicago Loop office.

  • Individual must be entrepreneurial, tech-forward and collaborative.

  • Compensation up to $125K + 10-15% Bonus.
