We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a growing and highly respected general contractor delivering high-quality commercial construction projects throughout the Colorado area.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project commencement through completion.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate daily field operations, schedules, and logistics.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively to minimize delays.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and project objectives.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Experience working within a trade (ideally carpentry)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex project activities.
- Proficiency with construction management software is preferred.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
