Experience :

3+ years of experience with BIM tools, including experience in architecture or engineering.

Educational Requirement: The successful candidate will have a professional degree in planning, architecture, architecture technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in model building, data organization, and drawing development
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Technical knowledge in BIM enabling applications and experience working in a BIM/VDC Coordinator role, including experience with Revit
• Knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Dynamo, Grasshopper is beneficial
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools in model performance tracking
• Teaching or training experience with the ability to deliver engaging BIM training sessions
