Seasonal Customer Care Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking 2 Seasonal Customer Care Agents to help handle the increase in customer questions and order support during the holiday season. You'll be the friendly voice helping customers with order status, product questions, returns, and general support over weekend shifts. This role is from October 27th, 2026-January 8, 2027.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding orders, shipping, and returns


• Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support that reflects the Electric Picks brand


• Look up and communicate order status, tracking information, and delivery timelines


• Process or assist with returns, exchanges, and order adjustments per company policy


• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Care Lead when needed


• Document customer interactions accurately in the support system


• Identify and flag recurring issues or trends to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Patient, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving ability


• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software/tools (training provided)


• Reliable and able to commute to Irvington, NY during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods


• Basic computer use, including typing and navigating multiple systems
