The Role

As an ML Engineering Manager, you will lead a team focused on developing and improving production machine learning solutions while fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in machine learning, data science, or ML-focused software engineering.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• Deep expertise in either machine learning engineering or applied statistics, with strong working knowledge of both disciplines.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and make informed decisions using data and evidence.
• Experience building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Comfortable working autonomously and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Strong focus on quality, reproducibility, and operational excellence.
