Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will handle legal tasks including drafting motions, managing court-related processes, attending depositions, and participating in trials. The role also involves active collaboration with the legal team to develop case strategies and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal and litigation experience with increasing roles and responsibilities


• Proficiency with civil litigation matters, preferably with a solid understanding of securities disputes, regulatory matters, and investment-loss cases


• Experience drafting and reviewing motions and other legal documents


• Knowledge of legal proceedings in courts and strong courtroom presence


• Experience conducting trials and depositions


• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law in California


• Experience in securities law and FINRA arbitrations is a plus


• Flexible for remote work
